this woman raised a child from infancy to 12 yrs. mom came and suprisingly took her,
she is crying to come back home, the woman throught the child was her grandchild, foundout she was not, does she have any rights,or do the child have any? she knows where she want to be

This sort of situation is why one should always seek a Judicial decree concerning custody. You should have already filed for custody on the grounds that you raised the child for 12 years. You did not say whether the mother was ever in the child's life but I guess she was and you just left that out. Get an attorney.
