my x girl friend want let me see my daughter but has a boy friend living with her and my daughter and is posting all over face book bad things about me thats not true

File for custody/visitation.........request that no one of the opposite sex can be at the home overnight, unless related, when the child is there. That would apply to you when you have your child. As far as facebook, print out the slanderous statements and sue her for damages.......the truth is a defense, so if she is telling the truth, don't sue.
