Legal Question in Medical Leave in Louisiana

Medical Leave

I had back surgery (L5-S1 Fusion) was

out from for 6 weeks the first 2 weeks

being vacation. I was released with

limitations and can go back to work. By

law do they still have to give me my old

job back?

You cannot be fired for being hurt on the job.
