Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Louisiana

I am a 40 year old male, I reside in Louiisiana met woman that was divorced with a child had been seeing her for weeks at a time she told me she cold not leave her daughter alone at night by herself while she work the night shift. At this time needed to be at home with her. This woman needed to move out of her apartment with rent of 575.00a month rent in which she could not afford. Later calling me crying she was getting evicted. Asking please can i move in for a short while so i can get on my feet. That time lasted 3 years with a promise to only pay utilities and I pay mortgage on my home, I move her in she assisted with no bills only contributed to 4, and now my life is down the toilet Foreclose house, jepordized job, unpayed bills, just plain ole lost eveything can i sue over this?

Who do you want to sue? If you had something in writing and you were not sleeping together you may have a 1 in a billion chance......but 3 years, please. Sorry, I cannot help you.
