Brother dying without will but with two assets.
My brother died recently without a will. He has no assets other than two burial plots at a local cemetary. The cemetary said the plots are worth $1,100 a piece. How can I legally gain access to the burial plots and sell them?

Open his succession and give the plots to his heirs. First his children and then the parents and siblings if no children.
