in a civil lawsuit for damages from a molestation case, what is the statute of limitation to file? is it 3 years or 1 year from age they turn 18? I've heard both. What is the statute number where this is found?

In civil matters regarding molestation, it is one year from the date the victim turns 18. In criminal matters, it is 30 years.
