ex-spouse and retirement

can my ex-wife sue me for my retirement if she has already signed for me to completely withdraw it from the retirement system?

First of all, anyone can take anyone else to court. Whether it is frivolous or not is something else. Assuming she has some right to a portion of the retirement, if what she signed did not give her her share, then she can take you to court to get it. If what she signed gave her her rightful share, then taking you to court would seem frivolous.
