Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Louisiana
When my father died my step mother was appointed administratix over the land my siblings and I were supposed to inherit. Actually my uncle bonded her administratix. My question is what can I do legally to get my part of the land (which is about 2 acres)? Since my father passed my step mother has been trying to get me to sign my part over to her

Contact a lawyer who handles land ownership matters and discuss a partition. Do not sign anything over to your step-mother unless you want her to have it.

There is no reason to have an administratrix unless your father appointed one in his will. You should simply ask the court to partition the property. Get an attorney to do that.
