Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Louisiana

i am a female that is being harrassed by another female via text, picture-mail, voicemail, and phone calls. What charge can I file against her besides Cyber Harrassment??

You should call your local DA......AND, you should call the Attorney General's office. I believe that Attorney General James D. "Buddy" Caldwell has a special unit to handle this sort of thing. You may be able to sue her in a civil case as well as long as her actions have caused you provable damages.
