Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Louisiana
if a friend loaned me money for a past due bill at one time with no deadline to pay back, then later offers me to use his shed to store some of my property and says i can't get my property until i pay loan or storeage fees, with no written or verbal agreement of doing so?

An agreement is an offer along with an acceptance of that offer. It requires two parties that have a meeting of minds in regards to the agreement.
