Golf ball damage
A golfer broke a window in my home with an errant tee shot. He gave me his name and phone number. Is he responsible?

Yep....as an aside, I flew my golf ball out of bounds and put a huge dent in the hood of a truck. My insurance agent happened to be playing with me and he met the truck owner and my homeowner's policy paid to fix his truck.
