handicap adult

I have a handicap child that is 26 years old. he was a passanger in a car and was involved in an accident. the insurance company for the cop that ran into my children and hurt both of them spoke with me until it was time to pay the dr. bills on my son. now they are demanding that i get tutorship over my son but i can not afford the $3000.00 what do i do

First you better do something before a year has passed. Second, it does not cost $3000 to do a tutorship. Hire an attorney to represent you and the kids in the accident, and he will do the tutorship nothing but the court cost.
