What can I do if someone illegally obtained a document with my personal information, social secuity number, date of birth, address and former phone number and posted it on a social network website for thousands to view? What Louisiana or Federal laws is against this?

If it was illegally obtained, and that depends on the circumstances and whether the information was used, then they can be charged with identify theft.
