Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Louisiana

Liability for referring to an auto as a ''Lemon''

Is/are there any existing case(s) where an automobile manufacturer, dealer, etc., has succussfully sued and won a case against anyone for referring to a car as a ''lemon'', especially but not limited to the placing of a picture, photo, logo, etc. of a lemon on a vehicle? ie, are you aware of ANY case(s) involving the placing of a picture, etc., of a lemon on a vehicle? Thank you so very much for your assistance in this matter. I say that no such successful case(s) exist, but I have exhausted all search capabilities I can think of to find any references of any such litigation attempted. However, it is hard to prove a negative strictly by an absence of material found.
