Can i move out of my parents house at the age of 17 in Shreveport, LA

17 is a strange age under the law. You are no longer considered a minor for most purposes, but you are not yet an adult. The short answer is that you cannot do so now over your parents' objection. If they want to keep you at home, they can. You become a full fledged adult at 18.
