what can be done about a person who hacked into my email, sent nude pictures of me and my girlfriend from my email, and harassed my girlfriend by email(using my email and also another false account)?

Go to your local District Attorney, go also to Attorney General Caldwell's office and call the FBI because they all have statutes that make what happened a criminal offense if you can prove who did it.
