Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Louisiana

A person who is related to 3 other with my family litigations has accused me of calling his work and causing him mental anguish, and intends on suing me for that purpose, although I did not do it. My husband's ex-wife's new family is trying to "get" us any way she can even though a restraining order is in place ordered and initiated by the court to protect my family from that family. My situation is very complicated, but I have done nothing wrong except let others use my telephone.

You did not ask a question. However, you did do something wrong, you "let others" use your telephone and in that way may have participated in harassing the person that wants to sue you. If they can prove your phone was used, and nowadays that is easy, to harass him, then you may have a problem. You can say "oh, I let John use my phone." But what happens when John says "I never used your phone." Caller ID says it all. My opinion is you knew what was going on and let it happen. You better be careful in the future.
