Property damage

My 2 neighbors have enter my property with their cars, and some heavy equipment causing ruts in my yard. If a take legal action against them who is rsponsible for my legal fees and my lost time at work to deal with this?

Get photographic evidence of each time they damage your yard. You can go to small claims and ask for your costs or you can have an attorney contact them with a cease and desist letter, which may accomplish your goal.
