Property owners rights

I have a tree on my property with branches hanging in my neighbor's yard. Am I responsible for trimming those branches at her request? Also, she feels that falling branches from that tree pose a safety threat to her children. Am I liable for accidents that may occur from falling branches from my tree?

If you do not trim the branches after being requested, then the neighbor may do it. In certain circumstances you could be held liable for the falling branches/tree.
