Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Louisiana

Can someone put a headstone in a cemetery plot already bought by someone else that already has a plot marker?

Anyone can do anything......if you are asking if what they did could be challenged, then I say it can be. If someone put anything on land, no matter how small belonging to someone else, then they must remove it and if damages are done they must pay those. That is the very simplistic answer.
