Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Louisiana
I have read that there is a slight difference between "forgery" and "fraud", but I can't find what those differences are. Could you please explain to me what the difference between the two are? And if proving a forgery proves fraud?

Forgery is signing someone else's name to a document. Fraud is intentionally deceiving someone for personal gain or to cause harm.
