What is the statue of limitations in Louisiana? My fiance was raped when she was 13 and now she is 20...She never said anything when she was raped because she was scared and now I am worried about my 11yr old daughter as he is living in the same trailer park as us....

There is no time limitation upon the institution of prosecution for any crime for which the punishment may be death or life imprisonment or for the crime of forcible rape (R.S. 14:42.1).
