Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Louisiana
I was wrongly accused of theft of goods at a large national retailer. The charges were completely dropped as I proved the purchase of the goods. The incident occured in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Can I sue them when I return to California, where I am from?
