Legal Question in Health Care Law in Louisiana

If my husbands employer-sponsored health insurance rates are not financially acceptable for us any longer, can we completely drop our coverage and take our chances with NO INSURANCE at all? It's just us two...no kids...

You can drop your insurance. You will be obliged under the new law to purchase insurance should it not be struck down by the courts but there is a time period before.
