I 130 petition for my sister!

i have applied I 130 for my sister and i am a us citizen...my notice date is march 17 2006 and the case is pending at california service center...my question is ; how long does it take to complete this procedere for my sister to get her visa???it will be almost 2 yrs and the case is still pending...how can i get this procedere speed up???thanx...

The visa category for your sister has to be current before a visa becomes available for her. The visa category for siblings of USA citizens is currently taking approximately ten years.
