Legal Question in Immigration Law in Louisiana
H1B minimum wage in Louisiana state. I want to get a postdoctoral fellow position in Louisiana university, and they told me the minimum wage for filing H1B visa is 39,000$ and they can not afford that much. I just want to confirm if the minimum wage is correct?
