Legal Question in Immigration Law in Louisiana
PLEASE need legal advice on situation quickly
My girlfriend was arrested for fraud and she is an illegal alien.She is currently awaiting court,she doesn't have a criminal background.Is there any way to keep her from being barred from the U.S.,so that we could go through the legal steps for her to come back legally?I am an American citizen and would be willing to sponsor her if that is possible?I don't know alot about this process and any advice would be Greatly Appreciated!
