Bills after settlement
I settled from a car wreck in September, now I'm recieving bills from the hospital that were not included in the settlement. Do I have to pay the bill or does the insurance company have to pay the bill?

Unless the settlement documents allow you to submit bills after the settlement(which is doubtful), then you are responsible. If you had MED-PAY coverage on your vehicle, then that might cover those bills.
