Legal Question in Insurance Law in Louisiana
coverage liability
Thank you for your prompt reply, it is greatly appreciated. I asked this question because a friend of mine who is a legal secretary had once told me that if ever my son would be involved in an accident where he is at fault, the other person involved could not sue me directly in excess of my coverage, that they would have to sue him because he is over the age of 19.
