Legal Question in Insurance Law in Louisiana
My husband wasn denied life insurance and the denied letter said write a letter to request the information they receive for there decision. he wrote the letter requesting the information. He receive a another letter from them saying they receive his request but is unable to government him da information. My question is can't they legal do that if they can't then what should be his next step?

Insurance companies do not have to write life insurance to anyone that doesn't meet their qualifications.
