Legal Question in Insurance Law in Louisiana
My inground pool came out of the ground. I bought this home with pool and insurance took diving board away so insurance can cover pool, The inspector for the insurance company said the cause was ground water. Homeowners will not cover it and neither will flood insurance. I am in Louisiana can I sue?

You need to review your homeowner's policy. If the contract says it is excluded, it is excluded. If not, it is covered. If you don't have a copy of the policy (the actual policy, not just the declarations page), you can demand one from the insurer.
