Legal Question in Insurance Law in Louisiana
Can a insurance company who you have not signed any legal documents with withdraw money from your social security check for prescription medication with a 300 dollar yearly deductible, I only pay $20 dollars a month for my medicine so i have no need for this insurance. Can I legally stop them from drawing my money from my checks?

If you do not have a contract with them, of course you can stop them from taking your money. If it is a case of some scam that you were dragged into, you can still protect yourself. My best advice is to call Social Security or your bank (wherever they are actually doing the debiting from your account) and stop the bleeding. Get the payments stopped first, then you can see about maybe getting back the money they have already taken. If it is something that seems like a consumer fraud, you can also contact the Louisiana Attorney General. He has a consumer fraud department to help people who have been scammed by disreputable businesses.
