Legal Question in Insurance Law in Louisiana
Legal Advice?
I am a public adjuster and sometimes my clients ask me legal realted questions, I give them my opinion but state that I am not an attorney. Is this giving Legal Advice?

Be very careful. Since I don't know the questions I don't know how appropriate the answers are. It is very easy to find yourself dealing with more than you're prepared for.
