life insurance policy
my husband was killed in a car accident. a passenger that hurt his leg '' no casting needed'' wants to sue for the life insurance policy i had on my husband through my job. does he have the rights to it?

Only if you are personally liable for the accident. As beneficiary on the policy, you get the money. The passenger can sue your husband's succession. I say all of the above assuming your husband was at fault in the accident.
