Legal Question in Insurance Law in Louisiana
My son's car was vandalized while at a local repair shop. The owner said because he did not open a "ticket", his business was not liable for the work. Should the company's liability insurance cover the damages?

If the shop took control of the car, they should be liable whether they opened a ticket or not.
