Legal Question in Insurance Law in Louisiana
subrogation
I let someone borrow my car and they were involved in an accident. At the time, I was uninsured. The insurance company paid for the claims of the other person and GAP insurance was able to pay my car off. The insurance company is now coming at me for subrogation. Is there a way to revert the claim to the person who was driving my vehicle instead of the insurance company suing me since I was not involved in the accident.

Re: subrogation
If they sue you, then you can third party the driver.
