Legal Question in Insurance Law in Louisiana

UPS Vehicle hit my parked vehicle. Need rental car for bussiness only had libablity. insurance company only want to pay for part insurance of rental also , i have to return vehicle soon, but haven' received checked promised all i lost wages. how to i fight this or find form to get lost wages and full rental coverager until i receive ve check>

They are liable for 100% of your rental. They are also liable for your lost wages. The unfortunate thing is that they know you are unrepresented and insurance adjusters try to bully unrepresented people into settling for less money than they are owed. If insurance companies treated people fairly, I would be out of a job.
