I had a wreck and i didn't have insurance but it wasen't my fault will my car still get fixed

Assuming you have no liability insurance at all (and not just comprehensive covereage that would apply to fix your vehicle notwithstanding fault), then you may still recover from the at-fault party. i.e. the person who caused the accident, but with limitations. Louisiana has what's referred to as the "no pay/no play" statute, LRS 32:866, which forbids a motor vehicle owner who does not have Liability insurance from recovering the first ten-thousand dollars of any bodily injury or property damage claim.
