Car

I had my car repaired and the same problem occured two weeks later. the mechanic said he'd fix it as long as i had the car towed to him at my expense. can i get my money back

These days, this doesn't sound like a bad deal unless this is a dealership. If you mean get your money back and take the car somewhere else, that would probably be difficult. You can go elsewhere and demand your money back, minus probably for parts put in and then go to small claims if he doesn't pay. But that is your call.
