You cannot get copyright protection on a name. The name may be a trademark of one or more companies. The first place you should look is the United States Trademark Office website. www.uspto.gov you can do a search of: "New Orleans Red Hot" there. If there is a trademark application/registration, pay close attention to the description of goods and services....it may or may not be the same as what you are sellig (assuming you are wanting to use that name). Additionally, a company (or companies) may have state and or common law rights to the trademark "New Orleans Red Hot", but the Trademark Office is the best place to start your search.
