Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Louisiana
If someone were to create a NON-profit website that shared old exams from college classes. Would the professors be able to make them take the exams down?

That depends if they are protected as intellectual property. There are many exam banks in existence but they must comply with rules set forth by the school and do not violate any ownership rights by the teacher.
