I've been divorced for 3 years now and I just had my book published can she get royalties from it

That depends. The community terminated as of the day you divorced and anything you earned (wrote) after that is yours alone. Still, she may argue that she had some input in the book, helped you create it, or supported you during writing, etc. For example, Tom Clancy's ex wife successfully argued in a CA court that she owned half of his Jack Ryan character for life, because she helped him create the character during the marriage. His only answer was to stop writing books with that character in them.
The short answer to your question is probably not, but you could have quite a fight on your hands.
