Wood fence

I have 6 foot wood fence My next door neighbor is putting up a fence and has place one of the poles on my property i do not want them to connect to my fence.

What cam be done

If sure its on your prop.you should have an Atty do a Cease + Desist letter ASAP.

If your fence is on your land, then connecting to your fence would put their fence on your land. I can assist you with this if you wish.
