Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Louisiana

im 15 and my baby is due in 7 weeks, my mom just met a guy on the internet and moved us from oklahoma were mine and the babys doctor is, to louisiana to live with a guy she knew for 2 weeks, i don't feel that this is a safe environment to raise my child, what are my legal rights?

Contact your local Department of Social Services, Office of Community Services. At 15, whoever imprenated you may be in big trouble, and you need some help. Or, contact the local sheriff's department, juvenile division. Or you can call me.
