Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Louisiana
I am a 17 year old male and I have gotten a 15 year old female pregnant and we are less than two years difference. But me and the female wants to be married for the child, it's not just because of the child we love each other. The mother won't sign. Her parents are divorced her dad is in a semi agreement to allowing us to get married meaning he favors it he also has domacel custody of his daughter. But the reason Im concerned is I think the mother is trying to press charges. The 15 year old turns 16 in February I turn 18 in July and the baby will be born around August but everything will be in 2013 also. But my fianc wants to get married it her mother won't let because she thinks we are getting married just because of the baby but her mother told us we could stay in her house not married. First what can we do about all of the situations , what can her mom do to me as the male, what can we do about getting married and all of it please help me because I will refer my family and friends and myself to whomever helps me. Thanks.

If your ages are within two years of each other there is no crime to charge you with.
If her mom has a problem with you getting married but is agreeable to you living together, then she is either confused or in denial. Living together you almost certainly will have more sex.
