Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Louisiana

Contributing to the delinquincy of a minor

My 16 yr old daughter has been given alcohol,illegal drugs and sexual contact has been made. As her parent, can I do anything to keep this 21 yr old male away from her with legal repercutions if he does contact her?

First, you can report him to the police. Providing a juvenile with drugs is a felony. So is any sexual conduct with her involving a 21 year old. While providing her with alcohol is a misdemeanor, it is still a crime.
