Dating Minors

My little sister whom is 15 really likes this guy, but he's 20. First thing, They won't have sex because my sister and the guy are both Christians. I was wondering if it was illegal for them to date.

If you mean old fashioned "dinner and a movie" or a walk in the park, no, that is not illegal. Any sexual contact between them before her seventeenth birthday (in Louisiana, in some states it would be eighteenth) and he would be committing a crime.

I would warn you that christians stumble and young girls "in love" make errors of judgment. She would probably be better off with boys closer to her age. It isn't just her trustworthiness that is an issue, it is his.
