Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Louisiana
my three year old daughter fall in a hole in the park and broke her elbow she had surgery the same night i called the park to report it and they said its not there fault what should i do?

You need to either hire an attorney or get someone to immediately go to the park and take pictures of the hole. That is the least you should do because they may have filled it by now and certainly will argue that the child should have avoided the hole. These things are not as simple as they once were. The property owner has to have some knowledge of the danger. However, since the property was a public park, they have a burden to maintain their property. I suggest you meet with an attorney.
