2 Week notice
If you give your employer a 2 week notice,do they have the right to, fire you or walk you out because they don't need you anymore. The only reason they are walking you out or telling you they don't need you, is because you gave a 2 week notice!!

Yes, your employer is not obligated to keep you employed for those final 2 weeks unless some contractual obligation exists which would force them to keep you.
