Legal Question in Employment Law in Louisiana
I went for aphysical for anew job. They found that my blood sugar is kind of high. The doctor would not clear me for the job. He then sent me to another doctor for an evaluation. that doctor wants the bill paid and one week of monitoring before I am cleared to get hired.
I DO NOT have the money for all of this or health insurance to help being that I got laid off last March.
If I lose this job, are there any avenues of recompence or is this just blatant discrimation?
